DroneWorthy ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Trailhead & Tripod LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Your email address — if you sign up for the free demo, the study tips, or buy the product.
- Purchase details — handled by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy (the merchant of record). We receive confirmation of your purchase and your license key; we never see or store your full card number.
- Basic, privacy-friendly analytics — aggregate page views and traffic sources via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or fingerprinting and does not track you across other sites.
We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
How we use it
- To send you the free study material and, if you opt in, a short email course and product updates.
- To deliver the product and support your purchase.
- To understand which pages and topics are useful so we can improve.
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with (service providers only)
- Lemon Squeezy — payments, license keys, and order emails.
- Google (Google Forms / Gmail) — we collect your email via a form and send messages from Gmail. (If we later add an email platform such as MailerLite, we'll list it here.)
- Cloudflare — hosting and analytics.
Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.
- Access or delete your data — email support@droneworthy.com and we'll handle it promptly.
- If you're in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), you have rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of "sale" (we don't sell). Contact support@droneworthy.com to exercise them.
Cookies
The marketing site and demo work without tracking cookies. If you unlock the paid app, we store a small token in your browser's local storage so you stay logged in — this is functional, not tracking.
Data retention & security
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We use reputable providers and HTTPS everywhere, but no method is 100% secure.
