Welcome to DroneWorthy, operated by Trailhead & Tripod LLC ("we," "us"). By using our website or accessing our product, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

1. What DroneWorthy is

DroneWorthy is a self-study educational product for the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot knowledge exam: a study guide, slide deck, and adaptive practice-test app. It is a study aid, not the exam, not a course credential, and not affiliated with or endorsed by the FAA.

2. Educational use: verify with the FAA

Our content is prepared carefully and mapped to the FAA Airman Certification Standards, but rules change and errors happen. You are responsible for verifying any exam- or regulation-critical information against official FAA sources (faa.gov) before relying on it. We do not guarantee that studying with DroneWorthy will result in a passing score.

3. Your license

When you access DroneWorthy, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access the materials for your own exam preparation. You may not:

• share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post the question bank, guide, or deck;
• scrape, republish, or use our content to build a competing product.

We may revoke access for violations of these terms.

4. Payment

DroneWorthy is free right now. There is no price, no checkout, and nothing to pay. We will not charge you for anything without telling you first and asking you to agree to it.

If that changes, this section will describe how payment works before it applies to anyone.

5. Refunds & guarantee

There are none, because there is nothing to refund and nothing to guarantee. See the Refund Policy and If you don’t pass, which are part of these terms and say so plainly. We do not record your exam results; see the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All DroneWorthy content, branding, and code are owned by Trailhead & Tripod LLC and protected by law. "FAA" and "Part 107" are used descriptively; they refer to the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration and its regulations, and we claim no affiliation.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The product is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trailhead & Tripod LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product, if any. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date will change and continued use means acceptance.
